Breakfast good, but not enough staff in restaurant, a lot of dishes and sometimes not enough food up
I've booked a Luxurious Single Room,I've never seen a luxurious room like this. Its too poor and in the basement.Smells bad and very noisy. No room severice and restant only open in the moring.I Won't come again!
Very good location - easy access to the central bulevar. Helpfull staff.
It was rather well. But at the same time homeless people liying at the tourist box just close to the hotel.
The room was very modern, clean, quiet.
It is not appropriate, for an hotel of that category, to sell the bathroom kit (with shampoo, conditionner..etc)
The hotel is close to an important shopping center.
It is very noisy in rooms of the hotel. The rooms need double glazing windows. Receptionsts of the hotel are friendly, but they cannot speak English at all.
Nobody speaks English at all! I find it very embarassing that in the capital of Brasil in a hotel like this the recepcionist doesn't speak English. Not even a single word.
It's a good hotel, clean and well located. The hotel staffIt is fine.
The hotel doesn't have restaurant. The room service is poor. The breakfast could be better.
Good price and good location.
Corridors are too noisy and Brasilians tend to keep noise. There was also a some sort of a bird nest next to my room wall(?), so that kept surprisingly much noise. Personnel do not speak english and they tend to hassle when trying to ask about anything. But they are kind and at least try to understand or transferred you (your call) to a tourist that can translate english to portuguese.
The hotel staff seems do not care about the guest´s needs
the building is very ugly (architecture and interior), the corridors seems to be a toilet! Room's acoustics is bad, breakfast is poor, it's not a 4 stars hotel!!
My room was nice. It is clean, very nice staff and well located (like most of the hotels, because almost all of them are located in the same sector - "Setor Hoteleiro").They offer a city tour that costs r$60.00 (For 3 hours of tour). Since I had a free afternoon, I decided to take this city tour which was really nice. It is a good hotel choice for those who is not planning to spend much time in the hotel and is looking for a budget-priced hotels.
The breakfast is poor, very simple. Few options and lacked coffee, milk, bread, dish, etc, during peak times. There was a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom that was dripping water all the time. The acoustics of the hotel is very bad, sometimes I could hear people talking from the other rooms, especially from the bathroom (where I could hear everything...seemed like the person was speaking by my side).
location is good but as all hotels are situated in same area it´s not a real selling point. Very good breakfast
Staff do not speak a word of English and make little attempt to understand your requirements. The hotel is classified as 4 star but is more like a 3 star - the facilities are very poor. Key cards don´t work, Internet access is exhorbitant.
I do not think it is a 4 star hotel. I regularly stay in Brasilia and the rooms are not to a 4 star standard. I would say 2-3 star is nearer the mark.
Very kind and helpful staff. Very close to Brasilia Shopping.
It seems that the ants is a problem in Brazil. I found them in the plate of the ham for the breakfast. Please: take care.
Excellent Breakfast and attempt by staff to be helpful
Lack of working phone in my room on arrival, very intermittent and always weak internet signal that I had to pay for. Limited working power points in room for someone with a computer and printer
